TGGT - 250°C
TGGT Wire is a high-temperature electrical wire built with a unique Teflon (PTFE) / Glass / Glass / Teflon (PTFE) insulation structure, designed for extreme heat applications. It features stranded nickel-plated copper conductors, an inner PTFE layer for high-temperature and chemical resistance, followed by multiple fiberglass yarn layers for thermal insulation and mechanical strength, and an outer treated fiberglass braid for abrasion protection. Rated for 600 volts and a continuous temperature of 250°C (482°F), TGGT wire is highly resistant to heat, abrasion, chemicals, and moisture. It is widely used for internal wiring in industrial and household ovens, furnaces, kilns, and other high-temperature processing equipment.
