Shipping

Products are shipped from various warehouses across America. In the event that one warehouse is lacking items from your order, shipping may occur from a different location. If you did not receive tracking for missing items, please email us at: help@wireamerica.com

It is vital to take pictures of any damage for reference. Both manufacturers and shipping partners require them for refunds. Before signing the BOL or other paperwork, make sure to check freight orders for any damage.

If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend contacting the shipping partner directly before contacting us.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy on non-custom cut items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Depending on the circumstances of the return, please note that there may be a restocking fee of up to 30%.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, take pictures of the product(s) and send them along with your order number and the reason for the return to:  help@wireamerica.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that custom-cut products are final sale and cannot be returned if you ordered multiple cuts. We also will not accept material that has been cut by the customer. We encourage you to double-check all lengths before finalizing your order. For any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us directly. 

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@wireamerica.com  or call: 833-268-8644 to speak with a customer service representative.

Contact us immediately. We'll try to stop the order before it ships. If it's too late, we'll look at our options to help resolve the issue. In most cases we'll send you a return authorization (RMA) form, and you will be issued a refund or credit once we receive the returned items.

Once we've received your returned items, you can expect your refund to be processed within 1-3 business days.

Tax Exempt

When purchasing from Wire America, certain customers or entities are typically exempt from sales tax. This is generally determined by state and local tax laws.

Tax-Exempt Customers

  • Government Agencies: Direct purchases made by federal, state, and local government agencies are typically exempt from sales tax.
  • Nonprofit and Religious Organizations: Many states grant tax exemptions for these organizations, provided the purchase is for their charitable mission.
  • Resellers: Customers who purchase our products with the intent to resell them and are not the final consumer can be exempt from sales tax.
  • Schools and Educational Institutions: These organizations are often exempt from sales tax on qualifying purchases.
